Poultry Farm Equipments- the usage and maintenance of stacked laying hen farming equipment

In order to make our poultry farm equipments keep the best working performance, maximize the efficiency and extend service life. This article will introduce some usage and maintenance method to guide our client.

Compared with traditional ladder type of poultry layer farming equipments, stacked poultry laying equipments has some differences from the following aspects: drying type of feeding system, egg collecting system, and manure cleaning system.

1. Drive Feeding System
The theory of Drive feeding system is simple than the traditional seeding system, which is main driven through reducer and haul rope, like the traditional traction manure cleaner. There is no problem in the usage. About maintenance, our customer need to pay attention to the following aspects:

11. Adding Lubricating oil to the wheel and bearing. After using for some time, hauling rope will lengthen where ratchet need to be tightened. If there is no effect, you can cut down a piece of rope and retight.

1.2. After using in two years, please check the welding joint if where needs to be repaired.

1.3. Checking the hopper yearly. It is because after long time using, the bolts will become loose , which will influence the starting.

1.4.. Regular checking the latch of outlet capacity adjustment, that is to adjust height.

1.5. Usually, poultry house is about 90m, hopper in each layer about 125kg , feeding time should be not less than three times a day. TOPLEA suggest you 5-6 times a day.

2. Egg collecting system

There is no special complex process about the egg collecting system. During the usage, for the poultry house of 30-40 thousand birds,if two persons collecting eggs can do once a day; if only one person does, we suggest twice a day. Our customer can press the pause button on the electric control cabinet when your speed can not catch up.

2.1. After a certain time, 100 mm collecting belt will lengthen and loose, so our customers need to cut a piece of it then seam toghter. When seaming, please use fire on the edge to prevent the line loose.

2.2. If the egg colleting belt move inside, you can fasten bolt; if the egg colleting belt move outside, please loose the bolt.

2.3. If the egg collecting belt of 430mm loose, you can tight the tension bolt on the top to prevent egg dropping down.

2.4. Please add oil regularly.
