In order to effectively prevent and control infection and spread of disease of animals, China government requires to take strict harmless treatment for dead animal and its product. At present, domestic plant mainly use harmless treatment for poultry such as land fill and burning, however, which causes serious pollution to the environment. In addition, for different reasons, some dead poultry after processed going to the market, which seriously impact health condition.

In order to take thoroughly harmless treatment, based on our several years of research, now we have produced new type harmless treatment for poultry.
The technology process, dead poultry carcass→ High temp and high pressure hydrolysis→squeezer, degrease and dehydration→drying and grinding

Waste gas treatment adopt indirect condensation and medicine spraying device, to dry the waste gas produced. Firstly, processed by heat recovery system to return preheat back to the dryer (speed up drying and save energy), Next, processed by indirect condensing and drug spraying treatment, to remove odor, and reach emission standard. Equipped with cooling tower, to recycle use water, save recourse and reduce waste.
