Product Description:

Working Principle
Applies physical impact principle to make the meat flip up and down in the cylinder, where meats crash and hit into each other. Under this way of kneading and tumbling, it can reach the effect of massage and pickle to make meats absorb pickled liquid evenly. Finally, it can improve tenderness, flexibility, water holding capacity and taste of meats.
