Introduction:

Feather meal as high protein feed can be widely used for livestock, poultry and aquatic products, with protein content up to 80% and complete amino acid components. The trace elements within the feather meal are higher than fishmeal, except for lysine and methionine. In addition, the content of cystine ranks the first of all natural feed, which is a very good resource for protein feed.

Feather meal is rich in sulphur amino acids, good for animal fur growth when feeding in the spring or autumn molting season, and efficiently reducing the vent pecking phenomenon from chicken and duck.

Feather meal as a whole food can improve furry animals' health standard and breeding capacity, promote feather and fur improvement to make the clour with good looking . All the raw material is processed by extrusion (except minor components), with good palatability , high digestion and absorption rate, good safety, and without bacterial contamination; Effectively preventing hoof disease, self-biting, self-mutilation, and other effects of nutritional deficiency disease occurring; Effectively improve stress resistance capability and prevent red claw, hair loss, dermatitis, skin keratinocytes, crusting, chapping and other disease;

Usage:

Processing procedure:

The raw material of Hydrolyzed Feather Meal, different kinds of poultry feathers, are widely collected from poultry processing plant, meat processing factory, and markets, separated impurity under the 0.7 mpa for 30-40 mins of high high-temperature high-pressure treatment, to entirely sterilize and dry, based on the control of time, pressure, temperature during the hydrolysis process. The detail process is: hydrolyzing, dehydrating and degreasing, drying, and finished product packing. The feature of this process is to completely destroy structure of stable feather keratin, so that it turns to be digestible soluble protein for poultry and live stock. The soluble protein can maintain appropriate amino acid levels, improve layers production level, lower feed cost, reach digestion rate more than 75%, as one of the protein source for cattle and poultry feed.
