Product structure and purpose

This equipment is a transportation machine used after stunning phase and before sheep/goats are hoisted to the bloodletting line. It is widely used in the large and medium poultry or livestock abattoir plants. According to the customers' actual needs, there are two kinds of pallet conveyor for choosing: plate chain conveyor and belt conveyor.

It is made of rack, driver, transport unit and tension device and can be equipped with V" type conveyor machine. The advantages are: working stably, with low noise, and reducing the labor intensity. 

Working principle

Driving unit ( Chainwheels z=15 , p=25.4) turns the transportation device (chainwheels z=36, p=25.4). The moving direction is from tensioning device to the driver. Connecting plate is equipped on the transmission device. So that the stunned sheep/ goat can be carried to the next process.

Maintenance

1. Before starting, operators should check the amount of oil within reducer whether the oil standard line is reached or not. If not, you have to add energy oil, 30# or 40# oil is recommended.  After machine running for about 300 hours at first time, you should change oil, then replace oil every six months.

2. Add oil every three months for bearing and change bearings every year.

3. Check tightness of the link plate to ensure its service life. The tightness depends on the two adjustive screws in the tensioning device.

4. Keep machine clean and dry.
