Spiral Freezer Tunnel

Spiral Freezer is energy saving and with high efficiency, freezing installation. It represents the development trend in today's quick-freezing machine market. The advantages are small occupation area, compact structure and large storage capacity. The nominal production is 300kg/h-600kg/h. Single spiral or double spiral type can be chosen by customers.

Application: prepared foods, pasta, meat, aquatic products, ice cream, fruits and vegetables, dairy products and others

Product Features

1. Good quality of stainless steel mesh belt.

     Made of High strength SUS304 stainless steel wire, higher tensile strength, well-made.

     Guard on the both side of the mesh belt,  to ensure more safety and that food does not drop easily.

2. Cold storage board

     Double sides made of Stainless steel Sus304 , polyurethane foam. Insulation board density is 42kg/m3

3. Reasonable air supply system

   Air supply way: Parallel, horizontal and cycle   
   Air distribution:smooth and unniform

4. High efficiency evaporator  

   Aluminum alloy evaporator, stainless steel outer case, satisfy  food hygiene requirements

5. Low temperature dedicated fan

    Fully enclosed, low temperature, moisture proof energy efficient, low noise, operate stably

6. Ideal drainage design

   TIG welding stainless steel plate to avoid leakage
