C. Features
1. It works reliable and stable without any scramble, shake and abnormal noise according to country's relevant standard. And the inner structure was designed according to the hygienic standards without any gap, dead angle, dirt retention, standing water. So it is easy to be cleaned and can prevent the breeding of microbes. The freezer has satisfied HACCP and the authentication standard for export which can assure the products are safe and hygienic.
2. We use the transverse circle blowing style which can assure that the difference of products's temperature between belt's inside and outside can be controlled within 2℃. Because of the sensible structure of air current and homogeneous frozen temperature, this kind of blowing style fits not only the IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) of bulk food, but also the freezing of products in plate. The effect of freezing has been proved excellent by many of our customers.
3. The column bar of drum and UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) bar (located in lead rail ) work without dropping crumbs, which can assure the hygiene of frozen food.
D. Main structure
1.Stainless steel conveyor belt:
The conveyor belt is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The surface of belt is flat and neat. The link flakes and axes have a flexible operation. There are baffle edges on both sides of belt, which can prevent the products from dropping down. Both ends of net poles are designed in sphere structure, which prevent the mesh belt from scraping crumbs and loosing during working.
2. Insulation Cabinet:
The insulation cabinet is composed by foamed PU sandwich panel (thickness is 120mm) and coated by stainless steel sheet SUS304 (thickness is 0.6mm). Core foams' density is 42kg/m3. The panel is linked by slot or eccentric hook, and we have taken measures to avoid cold leaking before the linkage. There are precast nylon columns for load bearing in the bottom panel. The cabinet is designed, produced and installed according to the standard ZBX99003-86.
3. Cabinet Door
The cabinet door has double seals. And the seals have good performance in low temperature, aging, oil resistance. Safe low voltage (36 voltages) heating device is additional. It could prevent the door from freezing.
4. Inner Structure:
The drum is designed in squirrel cage structure, and the components on which touching with the mesh belt are in arc shape. We inlaid the column bar of drum with UHMW-PE(Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) materials. All the features of structure mentioned above make the drum reliable without dropping crumbs when touch with and apart from the mesh belt.
5. Driving Device:
We use the cycloid pin wheel speed reducer as driving device which has a high quality and a stable operation.
6. Evaporator and Fan
The evaporator tubes and fins are all made of aluminum alloy. The large fins, high upsiding down edges and different fin pitches can assure the effect of heat exchange. The shell of brackets and winding boards are made of stainless steel.
The axial fan which the freezer equip with has the air-box and fan blades, both of which are made of stainless steel. The shell of electric motor is hot dip galvanized. The electric motor is completely closed and wet-proofed (can reach the standard IP55).
7. Belt Tension System
We choose the floating axle weight drop as tension device. The tension of mesh belt can be adjusted at will, and the tension unit is installed in the cabinet.
8. Water Plate and drainage design
The water plate, welded completely and installed in the bottom of cabinet, is made of stainless steel whose thickness is 2mm. The plate slopes to the drainage to facilitate to discharge water and avoid defrosting water penetrating into the bottom of cabinet.
9. In-and-out feed
The length of infeed belt is 1500mm, and it is easy to operate for workers.
Both the in-and-out feed are all made of SUS304 stainless steel.
10. Electric Control
The electric control box is made of stainless steel whose thickness is 1.5mm, and the box is water-proofed and dust-proofed. The inner temperature of cabinet can be showed by numbers, so it is easy to operate and control.
All electrical appliances of the unit can reach the protective grade IP55, and the electric motors are Y2 model water-proof and moisture-proof
The working speed of mesh belt is adjustable by convertor made by FUJI, and the freezing time can also be adjusted at will from 20mins to 120mins.
11. (OPTION) The PLC control and Touch Screen are options
PLC Control, which is produced by SIEMENS, Germany, make operating more easy. There are two language options: Chinese or English.
Touch screen, which made by EASYVIEW Company, Taiwan, touch directly, easy to view and operate.
