A. Product Description

Spiral Freezer is a kind of energy saving and quickly freezing equipment, with advantages like compact structure, wide application scope, small occupation space and strong freezing capacity. It is preferred type to quickly freeze meats or other products with large thickness, big volume and high inlet temp, used by domestic and international food processing plants.

Application Range: Prepared foods, ice cream, Pastries, noodles, chicken parts, whole chicken, seafood, fried food and etc.

B. Structure and Composition

 1.    Main parts: transmission part, evaporator, panel and electrical device.

1.1   Transmission part: drive motor, net belt, turret and independent variable frequency,

1.2   Evaporator made of stainless steel and aluminum fins, to make sure smooth air circulation;    

        evaporator pipe can be  aluminum pipe and copper pipe,

1.3   Panel made of stainless steel

1.4   Electrical system consists of stainless steel electric cabinet and intelligent control device.

C. Feature

1. Strong freezing capacity, because of double drum structure, which can further enhance characteristics of spiral freezer

2. Compact structure and small occupation space.

3. Largely adopt m-parts, which can eliminate deformation from welding and so on.

4. Transmission mesh belt with strong anti-elongation, high wear-resisting so that to improve   equipment's service life and stability; Net belt with self-inspection device, which can monitor belt operating condition anytime, so that can avoid unnecessary loss
