Plucker (named as plucking machine/defeathering machine)

Defeathering is a very important part of the poultry slaughterhouse equipment. But ineffective plucking will directly result in increasing in manpower and production costs. Our company's entire system of poultry slaughtering (slaughtering line, scalding machine and defeathering machine) ensures that the defeathering rate is equal or more than 99%. The rate of damaged is equal or less than 5%.

Our company research and develop ALT series defeathering machine, which combines advanced plucking technology, specifically for poultry slaughterhouse plucking link. Nice appearance, reasonable structure and material (stainless steel 304). At present, the processing capacity of our company's plucking machine (plucker) is 500-13,500 birds per hour. 

Defeathering machine's main characteristics:

2. Spacing adjustment is adjusted by electric button or hydraulic system;

Coarse defeathering machine:

There is one stainless steel case on each side of the defeathering machine, each case with 2 row of 8-16 plastic discs according to the customer's processing capacity to increase or decrease the plastic discs.

Main characteristics:

• Two stainless steel cases of bearing housing assembly, each case with 2 row of 8-16 plastic discs.

• Ten rubber fingers are mounted on one disc.

• Belt driven, 4/8 driven motors.

• 4/8 wearable driven belt.

Our company develops " A " type coarse defeathering machine. The shape and structure of this machine is basically the same as "A" , so called "A" coarse defeathering machine. The difference between fine defeathering machine and coarse defeathering machine is in the following table. There are three stainless steel cases on each side of the defeathering machine, each case with 1 row of 8-16 plastic discs, according to the customer's processing capacity to increase or decrease the plastic discs.

• 6/12 wearable driven belt;

• Belt driven, 6/12 driven motors;

• Eight rubber fingers are mounted on one disc;

• Six stainless steel cases of bearing housing assembly, each case with 1 row of 6-16 plastic discs.
