Chicken Slaughtering Gizzard Peeler (named as gizzard peeling machine, peeling gizzard machine, giblet peeler, giblet washing machine)

Working Principle

This equipment is mainly used for removal of the yellowish koilin membrane which is the part of the chicken gizzard. Two rollers are placed in a narrow space. One roller rotates clockwise, the other one rotates counterclockwise. There are many axis on the roller. When gizzards are cut open, operators put them on the rotation axis, and yellow membrane will be removed soon.

Driven by a motor with 2 helical axis rotation, pull down the chicken gizzard yellow inner membrane on the rotation axis, and then remove it.
