Chicken slaughter machine: Gizzard washer

This equipment is mainly used to remove oil on the gizzard surface. It cleans away giblet fat by friction between rube sticks and chicken gizzard and it can also be used for cleaning gizzards fecal.

We develop two kinds of giblet washers for customers to choose.

1. Cylindrical type gizzard washer

•   Processing capacity: less than 5000 birds per/h

The rotating disks make giblets rotate with high speed in the cylinder. In this way, there will be created friction between gizzards and rube sticks in the cylinder or on the rotating disks where giblet fat will be easily removed. This giblet washer needs adding water while working. After finishing, operators need to open gates to remove gizzards from the washer.

2. Gizzard fat remover  

•    Model:QYJ-Ⅱ

•    Power:2.2kw

•    Processing capacity:less than 2500 birds per/h

This equipment has feed inlet, feed outlet and sewage outlet. Gizzards are put into the machine from feed inlet and comes out from the feed outlet after being processed. However, it can not fully remove oil in one cycle. It needs repeating in and out until giblet fat is fully washed away.
