Claw processing system (named as feet processing machine/feet scalder/feet peeler/claw scalder/claw peeler/claw processing system)

This system consists of claw scalder (scalding machine) and claw peeler (peeling machine). According to customer's production requirements, our company has designed two kinds of claw skin processing system:

1. Suitable for the claw processing system with whole chicken or other chicken products with feet

This system is used simultaneously with suspension conveyor line, usually installed on the evisceration line.

Chicken heads are hung up by shackle on the overhead transportation line. Then chicken are transported to the claw scalder with automatic temperature control system. Next, they will be carried to the claw peeling machine with two counter rotating rollers, where rubber finger on the roll axis can peel skin away from the chicken feet.

2. Suitable for feet processing system with whole chicken and other chicken products without claw

Feet scalding machine and feet peeling machine are usually installed below the hock unloader or other proper places.

This machine unit works independently without being installed on the suspend conveying line. When chicken feet drop down on the machine by feet unloading machine (feet unloader), the scalding machine will transport them from inlet to the outlet by spiral mesh board in a certain time. Next, claws are slipping to the claw peeling machine, where the rubber stick on the roll or in the cylinder will remove the claw skin. At last, the processed chicken claw will come out automatically and the skin of feet will be washed away from outlet at the bottom of the cylinder.
