Poultry slaughter equipment Feet unloader (named as feet unloading machine, unloading the feet machine)

After a long-term of research and experimentation, our company successfully developed this automatic rotary type feet unloading machine. We are the first one to design and manufacture this machine in China. The main characteristics of this device are small size, high efficiency, easy to clean, waterproof. The rate of unloading feet rate is more than 96%.This device consists of 304 stainless steel material and favored by the majority of users.

Rotary vane type unloader

This machine works after claw cutting machine, mainly unloading the claws which remained on the shackle. The defeathering chicken go through the feet cutter and the chicken body enters into evisceration section. The claws are still on the hook. When passing through the cutting machine, the claws will be separated from the bottom of the hanger, then they will be left from shackle by rotary vane fixed on the cylinder.

Traditional type unloading machine

This machine works after claw cutter, mainly unloading the claws apart from shackle. When chicken after being plucked goes through the feet cutting machine, chicken enters into evisceration processing line. According to customers' requirement, we can choose chicken entering chilling machine instead of evisceration line. After processed by feet cutter, the claws are still on the shackle and also transported in line. When approaching the feet unloader, claws will be gradually increased the angle by the guide rod, in front of the feet unloading machine, until the claw drops down.

Our product is made of 304 stainless steel, fhorn mouth at the front end, convenient for different sizes of claws entering to the machine smoothly. Manufacturing this machine requires professional person to make fine adjustments for guiding rod to final forming. Level and angle are adjustable on both sides of the guide rod. Based on past installation experience the front end of the guide rod must be bent to angle of 360 degrees. It can effectively be avoided when the conveyor line is running, moving shackle cross with guiding rod, resulting in damage to the entire line.Our equipment is made from high quality material and ensure every guiding rod keeps a safe distance with shackle, so that it can make sure the machine runs safer and more effectively. The rate of unloading feet reaches more than 96%. Before operating this machine, labor should try to choose the chicken with average weight, favorable for adjusting the angle of the guide rod well.
